Nora 4" Cobalt Shallow, IC Air-Tight New Construction Housing

Introducing a shallow specification grade new construction housing, standing at just 2-5/8″ tall, perfect for multi-family and residential applications. With a patent-pending design, the driver is conveniently accessible from below the ceiling. Choose between two housing types: one offering 850lm / 13.5W / 120V Input with Triac/ELV dimming, and the other providing 1250lm / 16.5W / 120-277V Input with Triac/ELV/0-10V dimming options. Constructed with 0.04” steel housing and featuring two inner boxes adjustable from 3/8" to a maximum ceiling thickness of 1-1/2", these housings meet ASTM-283 Air Tight requirements. Additionally, they come equipped with two 13-3/4" to 24-1/2" heavy-duty adjustable bar hangers with captive nails included on the frame. The fixture compartment also contains quick-connect options for dedicated Cobalt trims. Exclusively designed for new construction housing, this product is compatible only with NLCBS-453, NLCBS-456, NLCBS-4W51, and NLCBS-4W52 models. Ensure to match the lumens of the housing to the Cobalt light for optimal performance.
